Ideally, an open area of approximately 8 × 10 feet allows enough room to comfortably set up the table and perform your session.

Please disclose relevant injuries, recent procedures, medical conditions, medications, or other health concerns on your intake form and before your session. Depending on the circumstances, medical clearance may be recommended or required before receiving massage.

Prior to your session, please complete any required health intake forms so I can better understand your needs, areas of concern, and goals for your massage. Choose a comfortable, quiet space with enough room for the massage table and for me to move freely around it. I’ll take care of the setup and bring everything needed for your session, so you can simply relax and enjoy your experience.

Zelle or cash payments are preferred. However, all major credit and debit cards are also accepted for your convenience.

Monmouth County:
